Hello Wonderland fourms. I recently watched the whole azu series(took me about a week) and i have to say its one of my fav animes to date (and i just finsihed FMA). After watching azumanga i found this cool fighting game Azumanga Fighter Comeback. Its a nice well put to gehter fighter but its in japanese. Although the japanese isnt the problem, i cant seem to find a move list. If anyone knows were i could get one(and more azu games!!).

Oh yeah. I downloaded it, too. The thing is Osaka and Kagura kept beating the sh*t out of me. Probably because I don't have a move-list...-_-'

Nah, this sounds like a different game altogether. If someone can provide information to the contrary, I'll merge 'em.

Mr. Cardboard, a more detailed description of the game itself would be appreciated (and screenshots? :o ) Also, we have an Azumanga FAQ and an Azumanga topic index pinned at the top of this forum. It always helps to check those first before starting a new thread. :)

Azumagna Fighter COMEBACK

Thers the torrent. I had no problems, open it with winrar and instal azfight. You also need to go to your start menu and go to azconfg and set up your controls. Yes this is diffrent from azufighter pocket (anyone got a link for that i wanna try it too), i think its the upgraded version hence the comeback. Its not much but it has a 2 player mode and a figher mode(each charcter fights diff people). Although thats all there is the are quite a few characters to unlock(Sakaki+Karoin is one charcter rofl).

Sakaki san!(You move Maya and fight with sakaki,theres another version with karion not maya.)

Chihro...? thats karions friend right? nah thats Naymo-san(shes uber cool). Uhh i think you need atleast a pentuim 4 and direct X 8.0 or somtthing like that.

Yeah, that's Kaorin's friend :).

Nyamo and Chihiro have similar hairstyles (at least at the front)

Hey...just a couple of questions question...you unlock Nyamo, Yukari and Kamineko, right?

And...who would be the best character (stat and move-wise)?

yes those 3 are all unlockables

Most charcters are about equal. Osaka has the cheepst atack in the game(she goes on the inner tube and glides along the floor),

Ill just post the few diffrences

Chiyo=Short fast
Sakaki= She cant move but insted maya(or karin) walk for her. But if you pres >> she can run and also jump. Shes got hevy mele hits but because she cant move shes not the best.
Tomo=Fast and good has cool moves cant run and has week atacks but has good defence and can combo well.
Yomi=REALY GOOD she has hevy hits and powerful strikes but its rather slow(FATTY!)
Evil-Neko=i know he has aname but i forget. Hes realy fast and hard to hit but has no deffence.

If you want any more discriptions just ask.... or play the game yourself. :-D

I may have to try this out on the home PC (2.4GHz Celeron, 512 MB RAM) to see how it plays. This obviously isn't Halo or CounterStrike, so a Pentium IV seems a bit steep.

How do you unlock characters? (and how good are Nyamo and Yukari?)

Generally by winning matches in the 1 player mode. If it's different I'll be surprised (whether in a good or bad way I don't know) :P

I know the four buttons to attack with, but I keep getting the crap beat out of me by Yomi...

just an FYI, counterstrike runs on the half-life engine, which came out in November 1998. a Pentium 4 is a bit steep for it too.

If we can't find a moveslist, why not post every move we discover here to make one? It probably won't be complete, but it's something...

Fishy-sempai, installing it adds a start-menu thing with a 'config' thing that can change the controls. ^_^

arg yeah the move list..... Ive been working on it and alot of the combos are <V> or half circle back/forward(for us gamers). Doing it 2ce has some effect. The only problem is sometimes the same buttons can do diffrent atacks?! One of the other button combos i found is common is holding > and pressing a atack.

There seems to be some sort of special state that can be activated with two downs then that button referred to in the config thing as SP... It only works when you life is low though, I think.

About a moveslist though, look at waza.html in \system&SP\ in the folder you unzipped the .rar file. Looks like there's no need to compile one... =O
