Title: The Manga?

Is there an English Azumanga Daioh Manga? If I just searched around, I could probably find the answer, I'm just to lazy. ^_^

There is indeed my friend and it's better than the anime it self :P

I bought them from onlineshops like Archonia.

I liked them equally, but as per usual, the manga speeds up the whole process, especially since there aren't any long pauses for comedic effect like in the anime.

Oh come now, surely you jest. :P

The manga was picked up and translated by ADV Manga in 2004, and is widely available in North America. You want the omnibus version since it contains all 4 volumes in one book. :)

For future reference, the FAQ thread and Azumanga topics index thread are your friends.

To be fair, the anime had many funny scenes that weren't included in the manga as well. :P

Point taken, but the anime completely excluding Magnetron Burger trumps all. That had endless side-story potential. :(

I found the anime more peaceful. The manga is more for humor than for reflecting upon "life".

I still like both.
